Additional Charges

• A venue or location that has limited, restricted or difficult access may incur an additional charge, please ask for clarification.
• Any function finishing after an agreed time will incur an additional charge of £35 per hour or part of it.
• Special prices are applied to weekends in December, 31st Dec and New Years Day functions, prices on request.

Booking Procedure

Chunky Munky operate a ‘no deposit’ booking policy; however, full payment is due at the start of the night.

If paying by cheque, payment must be made 7 days prior to the function to allow for cleared funds, all cheques made payable to: Mr N Chatten.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation notice; In the event that you need to cancel your function, our terms are exactly as below:

• Hire cancelled 7 days (168hrs) from starting time will incur 100% charge payable.
• Hire cancelled more than 7 days (168hrs) but within 1 calendar month of function will incur 25% charge payable.
• Hire cancelled I month before function will incur no charge.
